Shipping:

• Free Shipping with any $100 order. 
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-7 days.
• FREE local pickup is available in one of our 3 locations Oak Island, Ocean Isle Beach and Hampstead, North Carolina (Choose option at checkout.)
• Local Pickup Orders - Please wait for the notification telling you your order is ready before heading to the store! 
• Orders will be available for you to pick up for 14 days. We will send you a reminder email and/or call you during this time, we know you are busy!  After 14 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment, minus a 20% restocking and cancellation fee to cover our prep time, travel time, and payment processing fees. 

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, doorbusters.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any item returned from our non returnable list.

Damages & Defective Merchandise:

• All Damages, breakage, and defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We require pictures of items and packaging to be emailed to support@mermaidcoveboutique.com. All shipping claims are the customer's responsibility.
