We hope you ADORE everything you buy from us, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.
-All returns are for STORE CREDIT only, no cash refunds will be given. The store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price minus any shipping costs. Mermaid Cove is NOT responsible for return shipping cost.
-All Sales Final on Jewelry, Leggings, and Sale Items. No returns allowed on these items.
-Returns must arrive at Mermaid Cove within three weeks after purchase date (21 Days).
-All returns must be shipped back to Mermaid cove at the customers expense.
-Returned items must have the original tags attached and accompany a packing slip.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odor. Any returns that appear to be worn, washed, or have an odor will be refused.
-Any refused returns will be donated to a local charity or shipped back to the customer, at their expense.
-Online purchases may be returned via the address below. Sorry, we DO NOT allow online purchases to be returned at our retail locations.

Notice for all customers who need a different size:
-For a size return, immediately go ahead and order the correct size to ensure your size is available. Once we receive the returned item (with tags,packing slip, and new order invoice), a store credit will be issued minus any shipping charges.
When shipping an item back for return:
-It is best to ship the item back with a tracking number so you can verify the items return. Mermaid Cove is not responsible for any lost or damaged items that occur when the item is shipped back.
-Our goal is to ship all packages within 48 hours of purchase. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We know how excited you are to receive your purchase!
-We ship packages daily Monday - Friday. Shipments will not be processed on the weekends.
-Shipping times may vary during special events, sales, or holidays.
-We ship through the USPS.
-Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
--In the event an item is defective or damaged customer must email email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of the defective area must be included in email along with customer information. Mermaid Cove will contact customer with instructions for return. No damaged or defective items will be accepted after 3 days of delivery. No exceptions.
